Bridget Marquardt spoke about The New Girls Next Door on Thursday at the Nu Pop Movement launch party, Just two days after we posted about Holly Madison not watching the show.

“I don’t watch it, I had trouble watching it even when we were on it, I was just weird about watching myself on TV. Now, I don’t want to watch it because I feel like it was our thing. And I don’t want to go there.”

When asked how she feels about the new girls she simply says:

“I don’t know them. I have done a few things with Hef they were at, but I don’t know them.”

On the bright side, Bridget revealed that they have some things planned featuring all 3 of them which sounds promising and really good.

“We have a couple things that we are thinking about doing together, and things going on separately, But I don’t want to jinx anything yet, nothing official. Reality based, definitely. But maybe there is a docu-series being talked about, and also some formatted shows. Like hosting Travel Channel type stuff, so we will see. We will see what pans out and is going to be the best in the long run.”

We can’t wait to see what comes of this & anything that features the three of them is definatly something I will watch.
It looks like Kendra is the only one left to publicly say how she feels about the show. What do you think? Comment over on the forum.

Fox News recently spoke with Holly Madison and she had some things to say about the new Girls Next Door, things most of us fans were already thinking.

“I had a great time with Hef and the girls when they came to see ‘Peepshow’ and hang out in Vegas. I don’t watch the other episodes though, because it kind of makes me mad, The girls need to focus on what makes them unique and not doing the same things Bridget, Kendra and I have already done on the show. Even camping in the backyard was an idea I had for an episode that we never got around to shooting. And guess what they just showed? The girls camping in the backyard. I don’t want to look behind, I want to look forward.”

While Holly Bridget & Kendra all had their personalities that we loved and made us fall in love with them, So far the show seems to have been 5 episodes of reruns but the people look a little different. The conversation then changes to Holly who is now headlining in the Vegas show Peepshow. Holly first started with a little 3 month contract and the show would change celebrities after every contract ends. Instead Holly who has now become one of the biggest faces in Vegas, has an extended contract for 1 year.

“The ‘toplessness’ is worked into the show very tastefully and I was very controlling about when and how long I would be topless, Not because I am shy about nudity at all, but because I feel there is an effective way to do a burlesque show and then there is a sloppy way. I’m very inspired by Dita Von Teese and people who do it really well. Hef really liked the show, but I knew he would. He loves burlesque and the girls in the show are really beautiful. There are contemporary pop songs in the show, but a lot of old school style, too. The Red Riding Hood number reminds me so much of the sexy Red Riding hood Tex Avery cartoons from the 40′s that Hef loves.”

Holly is currently filming her new show “Planet Holly,” She announced via Twitter that she saw the rough cut of her first episode, so we could be seeing this on E! sooner than we thought.

“The biggest challenge I have had to face is sticking by who I am and what I want to do. There have been a lot of people trying to push me in different directions, but I had to stay true to my vision of what I wanted to do and how I wanted to brand myself as an entertainer, I can’t be another LA reality show girl. There are too many people doing the same thing in that city.”

On Halloween a year ago, Holly Madison was just the latest arm candy girlfriend of Criss Angel at the opening of his Cirque show, “Believe,” at Luxor. She had just ended her relationship with Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, which made her one of the stars of the television show “The Girls Next Door” about life at the Playboy mansion and related environs. A few months later she and Angel split up, and it seemed Madison’s life in the public eye was at an end.

But that is not what happened. Instead, in May, Madison joined the topless production “Peepshow” at Planet Hollywood. The show, created by Broadway producer Jerry Mitchell, opened with Kelly Monaco playing the role given to Madison three months later with the idea of rotating stars every three months. Madison had just enough name recognition, it seemed, to work a three-month run. But Madison soon got herself a one-year contract. Why?
