Holly Madison is featured in this weeks OK! Magazine talking about what she eats and then an expert suggests some alternatives.

Breakfast : I start my day with a Jay Robb Fudge Brownie Protein Bar and a coffee from Starbucks or The Coffee Bean. I always drink plenty of water in the morning.

Lunch : My favourite lunch items include chicken ceasar salads, a grilled chicken sandwich with avacado – which I had today – and a hamburger with extra pickles and fries.

Snack : In the afternoon I usually have a peice of fruit – typically a red apple an orange or a banana. Today I had an apple.
