Holly Madison made best friend Angel Porrino’s dream come true when she bought her a boob job for her 21st birthday in the July 18 episode of Holly’s World. “It was something I always thought about,” Angel tells Life & Style exclusively about her pal and personal assistant. “I had 50 year-old boobs at age 20,” the single mom says about her A-cup breasts, which never regained their natural shape after the 2009 birth of her son, Roman. “It was bad.”

“I’ve known Angel since she was 18, and she’s always been talking about getting a boob job,” Holly Madison tells Life & Style. “It’s really exciting to be able to buy a friend a present that she’s super, super excited about,” says Holly, who paid for the gift with the money she earned hosting Angel’s birthday party at Tao in Las Vegas.

And Angel is a satisfied customer. “They’re proportionate to my body,” says the bubbly bombshell about her new D-cup breasts. “I’m just more confident, and I don’t think there’s anything else about my body that I would want to change.”

When Playboy Playmate Holly Madison was a teenager growing up in Astoria, Oregon, the now-very-popular blond wasn’t all that popular. She admits that she wasn’t all that focused on doing well in school either, until she realized that getting good grades would be the key to getting out of her small town.

“Other people would describe me when I was 17 as, like, a freak or aloof,” Madison says on this week’s episode of “When I Was 17.” “I was always, like, white makeup, black lipstick. Like, I wasn’t particularly hot in high school, but I guess nobody was where I was from.”

The reality TV star, model and burlesque performer is looking for a man – but there is a pretty big catch. Apart from the air fare required to get to Las Vegas, where she lives, you will also have to measure up to her famous ex – the most legendary playboy in the world, Hugh Hefner. As the former No1 arm candy of the veteran ladies’ man, Holly was the queen bee of the hit show Girls Of The Playboy Mansion. That was until a split left her out on her own looking for a boyfriend brave enough to fill the smoking jacket of the man with the most famous harem in the world. Along with pals Kendra and Bridget, she made up the best-looking reality TV trio in the world, and after they were traded in for younger models at the Mansion, She was understandably not happy. Holly, 30, and the other older girls are still upset at being branded “interchangeable Barbie dolls”, so now the wide-smiling model has struck out on her own – and has a new reality TV show to prove it. In Holly’s World, the girl from Astoria, Oregon – the same home town as The Goonies – has left behind the dimly lit grotto of Hefner’s Beverly Hills Mansion for the brighter lights of Las Vegas, as we watch her trying to make her name as a stage star. Her new series, showing on the E! Entertainment Channel, follows her adventures with new pals and her new mission – to find a man who doesn’t rank his live-in lovers by number.

“I really love life in Vegas – it’s awesome and a lot of fun. Vegas is really like a small town, once you get to know the people, and there is so much to do here. I’m single right now but I would like to find a husband. The Catch 2, though, is that the kind of guys who want to be on my show are not the type of guys I want. And the type of guys I meet who would care about me don’t want to be on the show. It’s really hard to date.”

Finding a date and eventually a husband is one of the things Holly is able to do now that she is out of the Mansion. For Holly, life now is all about moving on. She is loving her new show, new stage career and new friends. And where better to go than Sin City to get over a tough break-up?

“The new show is just as much fun as The Girls Next Door but it’s more real and less censored. If someone has a bad day or a fight, we don’t edit it out. And life in Vegas is great. There is so much to do here. You have to pick and choose your nights out, though. I’ve got a heavy work schedule and there’s always something going on. As well as my friends here, at any given time I can have friends visiting from all over the country, so I have to be careful. We have fun, though, and when I meet people, they are mostly cool and want to take pictures although sometimes it can get a bit much and a bit crazy. I do like it if a guy asks me out because I’m not going to find a future husband if I don’t go out with people. But, to be honest, guys don’t really ask me out unless they are super, super wasted.”

We’ll get to Holly Madison’s dating life and plans to start a family in a second, but first let’s make one thing perfectly clear: We’ll never see her sex tape.

Why?

Because she insists she doesn’t have one.

“No!” she says when I ask if any homemade Holly porn is somewhere out there. “If there was, it would have been out there already.”

I caught up with Ms. Madison yesterday here at E!, where she was on a non-stop promo tour for Holly’s World, her new reality show premiering on Sunday, June 13 at 10:30 p.m. Read on to find out what she said about making babies, dating sites and how her pal Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett is dealing with her sex tape controversy.

How’s Kendra doing with all the sex tape craziness?
She’s doing really well. I think if there’s one silver lining to be had out of the whole thing it’s the fact that it’s out now. She doesn’t have to worry about it anymore or have it hanging over her, because I know it’s something that was kind of a worry for a long time.

Are you nervous that you might have your own ex-boyfriends out there who might try to sell stories and things like that?
No. I’m lucky that I don’t have a lot of ex-boyfriends. I don’t really have the time to date anybody seriously. But people don’t believe and they assume I’m hooking up with people left and right.

So then I have to ask: Where are you and Benji Madden at?
Benji’s my little buddy, but we’re not dating. I’m single.

Are you looking?
I always have my eyes open, but I’m not doing anything specifically to meet a guy. I’m not on match.com or anything. Although I’ve thought about it.

Really? Would you ever?
I don’t think I’d find real love on a match.com, but I’m curious to know what I would get. Not with my name and saying who I am, but filling out the form to see who would pop up.

Would you ever do a show like The Bachelorette?
Maybe—if I get really desperate someday.

You’ve talked about how you want to be a mom. How many kids do you want to have?
I’d like to have three or four of my own and then adopt a couple of more. So probably, like, five total.

Are you going to adopt from other countries?
I’m going to do whatever’s easiest. I mean, there’s probably some orphans in Las Vegas that could use a home.

Would you do it as a single mom without a man in your life?
I might have to, because I’m not finding anybody.
